Bill Valway is the CEO of AP Corp, the parent company of AP Wraps and AP Surface — a multi-million-dollar commercial fleet graphics and building protection operation he started at 18 with $800 and no plan. He built it without a degree, a safety net, or a blueprint, and spent the better part of a decade learning the hard way what ego-driven decisions actually cost.
His transformation — seven years documented and still in progress — led to the development of the NFN (Non-F#cking-Negotiable) framework: a three-step system for locating what is actually driving a man, dissolving the patterns quietly costing him the most, and building toward a goal worthy of who he is still becoming.
Bill is the author of The Insurgent CEO, host of the Bill Valway Podcast, and a weekly contributor to the Bill Valway Newsletter, reaching men who are building something real and refusing to become the wrong man in the process.
