Bill started AP Corp at 18 out of his parents’ garage with $800, no degree, and no business plan. He built it into a multi-state operation with offices in Maryland and Miami — commercial fleet graphics, window film, ballistic products, and active shooter prevention. He has led seven-figure acquisitions, negotiated exits, and carried thousands of employees, clients, and contracts through conditions that would have ended most businesses. That includes buying and scaling an international distribution company — growing it from $1M to $3M a year before selling it — alongside the core AP Corp operation.

He did not learn leadership in a classroom. He learned it by being the wrong kind of leader for too long and watching what that cost him.

The Rebuild

Bill’s transformation is seven years documented and still in progress. He has trained under Tony Robbins, spent a week with Wim Hof, earned his private pilot’s license, competed in motocross, and has logged five years in weekly one-on-one sessions with Nick Nicholson — forensic psychologist, FBI profiler, and leadership expert who helped establish the FBI Leadership Academy at Quantico. Together, Bill and Nick built the NFN (Non-F#cking-Negotiable) framework that shapes the undisciplined self into living a set of unwavering daily rituals.

The Training

THE PEOPLE WHO SHAPED THE FRAMEWORK

Bill has not built his approach from theory. Every tool in the NFN framework has been tested against his own life first.

He trained directly under Tony Robbins — attending Date with Destiny and working through the Robbins coaching methodology at its source. He spent a week in Spain with Wim Hof, training in cold exposure, breathwork, and the relationship between physical discipline and mental clarity. He completed the Sterling Institute’s men’s leadership program, where the work around mature and immature masculine patterns first became concrete for him.

For the past five years, Bill has met weekly — every Friday morning, 5:30 to 7:30 AM — with Nick Nicholson. Nick is a forensic psychologist, FBI profiler, and leadership expert who helped establish the FBI Leadership Academy at Quantico and has administered over 40,000 behavioral assessments in his career. Those sessions are where the NFN framework was refined into what it is today.
